It never ceases to amaze me the number of times I see parents so involved in a conversation, or doing something else that they ignore their children.

The fact that the authorities found that she "did nothing wrong" is (in itself) what is utterly wrong. The mother's neglect absolutely allowed the stroller (pram) to get away....

They put brakes on those things for exactly this type of situation.... This witless woman lost focus just long enough for the stroller to roll off the platform.....

Some people are too stupid to reproduce......... Fkn idiot woman.

Let's hope something good comes of this thing. Thanks to God that the child is OK...
