Well thanks to the discussions on this forum I crept about under My truck over the weekend and sure as shit, Weeping oil lines, and trace evidence of an oil leak in the rear seal on the tranny! The good part is that the truck is under warranty:D ( Dont worry stink I havnt forgotton you) Anyway the guy in service stated that he thought there were a few more TSB regarding this truck, anyone know of anymore?:dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

As far as the TSBs go, I do not......

I just find it refreshing that someone could go into a dealership and find a staff that was helpful and courteous without simply looking for some way in which to void your warranty.......

Well done....

Actually his quote was " We make a shit load out of these if they need work under warranty" Then he shared an interesting fact, He was an owner of a 06 RC, but had just sold it due to gas prices and now has sellers remorse ( been there done that twice:D ) So I think I have an ally at the dealer:dontknow:

We will see, he may just be lubing it up ready:D

Always avail yourself of an advocate when you find one...... that is for as long as it lasts.

Just had mine in and I guess my intuition was working good. Had him check the PS pump (would squeal once in a while) and the bolt on the crank pulley. He ordered both parts. Crank pulley was split, PS pumps have had issues, and he discovered the front trans lines were weeping (same crappy connector as the oil lines). Just a note the oil lines are a TSB and there is an upgraded set. I had them changed about a year ago and so far they have not leaked.
