For me the wisdom was:

"If you leave beer in the frig overnight, it goes bad."

"It's cheaper to keep her."

If that's the case, I assume just not buy the cow.:dontknow:

Don't eat yellow snow and Don't piss into the wind.

that's funny ch*t right there - I heard half of that - my dad always used to tell me - "don't eat that yellow snow"!!! But then he was one that always encouraged me to try putting my finger in the light socket. I guess he always told my mom - "well - she'll only do it once and then she'll learn" :D :D

Aren't fathers great

Dad: Son is another girl giving you a bj cheating on your girlfiend?

Me: Yes Daddy it is.

Dad: Nope it's just like (wanking it "for better terms") there ain't nothin wrong with that!

We laugh about that still today!

LOL When my daughter was 4 she pulled a chair up to the stove after I JUST finished making breakfast climbed up and placed her hand on the still hot cooking surface to lean on it. Needless to say she quickly pulled back but not before burning herself. She cried and cried.. And as I applied burn cream to her little palm I told her that very same thing.. "You're not going to do that again huh?" WRONG... WRONG.. :rolleyes:She did it again this year at age 7. :dontknow: Let's hope I won't be telling another similar story when she's 12...

son if she really loves you set her free and if is ment to be she will come back,, if not we get in truck and will hunt the bitch down :D

Even if you shovel shiznit for the rest of your life, shovel it better than anyone
Miss you Dad

Sadly, my father never had any good "nuggets o' wisdom". At least not that I remember.

The best one I heard was from a buddies dad. He said, " If you can see her boobs when you are standing behind her, Marry her!" :D:D:D:D

1. Some people will hate you just because you are successful. Just ignore them.

2. Find a girl who gives great blowjobs and teach her how to cook. If you try to do it the other way around, it just doesn't work.

LMAO! I screwed up on#2! LOL!

My Dad alway said "When things can't any worse..........They will!"

My Dad's wisdom: Don't accept favors from anyone unless you want to owe them.

My Grandfathers wisdom: While I was working at my grandfathers business alongside the workers on the production line he came by and asked me; How many hands do you have? I answered, two. He said, then use them. I had been using one hand and leaning on the production table with the other. That taught me to work efficiently and use all the tools you have.

My other Grandfather taught me what unconditional love is.

My great Aunt taught me that my employees competence, or lack of it, is 100% a result of how well I trained them.

Best thing my dad ever taught me was not to be anything like him. I went lots of years without even talking to him, but we have been on speaking terms for about 10 years now. He was an abusive, drunken asshole and it cost him his family. That's a hell of a lesson right there.

You beat me too it...

My father pretty much taught me the samething. I was 21, on unemployment for a couple months and was going through a forty + a weekend and started to realize that I was in the same direction as my father. Lesson learned.

He has passed away now but I will never forget having to grow up in that environment and will never put anyone else through the same thing.

All the best,

Wil
