I had a buddy in college that had a bad reaction to that shit.

Rick was 6' 3" and weighted about 260. They gave him the gas and he went wild. Hit the doctor and nurse. They got out of the room and he trashed the place for about 5 or 6 minutes. When the noise stopped they went in and he was in the chair like nothing happened.
