Jeep has taken the cab of a Jeep Wrangler and raised its roof with thin safari-inspired window slits, giving this truck a uniquely vintage greenhouse shape. A new hood incorporates a grab handle, elongated blisters and a mesh grille most likely designed to allow heat to escape the engine bay. Makes sense, since there is one 5.7-liter HEMI V8 stuffed inside. New front fenders frame a traditional Wrangler grille, below which rests a winch for serious off-roading duty. The Rhino-lined truck bed design is very old-school, so the Wrangler tail-lights plunked at the corners look right at home. A rear winch set-up further solidifies this truck's trail-cred.

I like it. Not sure about the roof though, I think it would look better if they just left that alone. Reminds me of the old Willys pickups.

My grandfather had a Willy's Jeep that has been passed down to my Uncle. I would love to have it or something like the Scrambler.

I like it.Probably too tight on my 6'2" 380 lb. body,though.

I was wondering how I was going to fit through the door too... :D

That is actually a KIT that AEV Conversions sells to modify Jeep TJs... But the rumors are HIGH that DCX will build a Scrambler. Some even say that is why they came out with the "4-Door" Wrangler... They need a longer frame for the truck version. :dontknow:

I just retired from jeep after 30 years. spent the last 18 months working on the four door wrangler . now working for KUKA, a suplyer for jeep. we make the bodys for the 4 door and 2 door wrangler. they should be arriving at the dealers now.the truck version is called the Gladiator and is not going to be built.
