On Long Island, Black Friday crowd kills Wal-Mart employee

Police say a Wal-Mart worker has died after being trampled by a throng of unruly shoppers shortly after the Long Island store opened Friday.

Nassau County police say the 34-year-old worker was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead at about 6 a.m., an hour after the store opened. Police also say a 28-year-old pregnant woman was taken to a hospital for observation.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc., in Bentonville, Ark., would not confirm the reports of a stampede during the day-after-Thanksgiving bargain hunting, but said a "medical emergency" caused them to close the store.

Good god, how embarrassing or low can people get.

I have boycotted their chain since Sam Walton died and the current owners dropped number of full time employees to part-time so they wouldn't have to offer health insurrance or retirement benefits.

Walmarts profits has been made the immediate family members Billionairs, and has made most of their employees working poor, and a tax burden to all us by having to supply food stamps, and unpaid medical bills because of them.

Let not forget that most of their inventory is made in China, Mexico, or some third world country where the labor laws don't apply here.

They have also done a great jobs that made destroying other business here in the US by forcing them to move across the borders into poorer countries to be able to sell their items to them.

You can thank all the Lobbyist they have in D.C. to keep the government from stepping in putting a stop to their under-handedness.

Their Corporate Office in Arkansas, they have communication DS3 circuits that go directly to China and D.C. I know because I helped put that equipment in.
