Thanks Bill. Family is still up in Va. House didn't sell so I'm down in Fl by myself. Housing market has slowed quite a bit. Anyone want to buy my house in Chesapeake?

Hey Patrick, Denise, Mikey, TJ, Jack, Bob, Jango, etc etc. Too many people. Congrats on the new Baby TRQ. Hope you parents are doing well Patrick. Houses are selling High 200's Low 300's. We have dropped ours 17k and are the cheapest house in the subdivision by at least 10K and still no takers. We are below appraisal now. But this gives me time to study. I have about 2 months worth of HITU (Helicopter Instructor Training Unit). This is where they teach me to be a Flight Instructor. I will be training new Officers how to fly. My orders here are for 33 months. Who know what will be after that. Thanks so much for all the warm welcomes. Well all of them except Mikeys, Fag (Not that there is anything wrong with that).

Missed you Scott...........Welcome home ! BTW my son is spending time with his uncle who is a C5 pilot in the Airfarce.... He got to do some simulator stuff the other night and flew perfect until landingFlyingLow said:

Tell him that sims are harder to fly then the real thing. Landing is the hardest part also. Just let me know when he's ready to start flying.

If its the cheapest one in the subdivision and you added some xtras, it'll sell. Somebody somewhere is being transferred to Norfolk and will need house. Thats the great thing about the Tidewater area, people always moving in and out of it. My pops sold realestate for years after he retired from the Army.
