thinking of a supplement to my canon 7D.

no focusing.
be good for super fast point and shoot's. could grab a old Motorola powered apple for the processing.
the 7D takes me 30 seconds to get out, and is huge to use when driving.
this would be great for in the ash tray to pop up and snap.

neat little camera, but after looking at the gallery of pics on the website... i'm not impressed at all. Especially for the price of the camera. :dontknow:

For a quick point and shoot, look at the Sony Cyber-shot Digital Camera TX55.
My last 5 cameras have been Sony's. I have been happy with them.
The only downside are the batteries. I would prefer a camera that took AAA's or something, but haven't had one in over 15 years that did. I just buy a spare battery and keep it in the car with me.
