I bought a 150 shot of nos from this guy on ebay, and then after i sent payment he has recieved 2 bad feedbacks for not shipping items out!

Sent him a postal money order.

He's in the Fresno, Ca area. I have tried to contact him via e-mail, with no reply. I have his address and phone number, so if all else fails I'll just drive up there and kick his ass....:dontknow: I've been on ebay since 2001 with over 350 transactions, I have never got ripped off on ebay. We will see I guess.

It's amazing the info you can find on ebay. I have his address and telephone and I know what kind of car he drives. A white turbo MR2.

I got ripped a few years ago by a guy on ebay

Sent a money order for 3 NOS bottles and never got them

$275 down the drain

I don't send money order anymore I use paypal

I can trace it no problem with the postal money order. I wouldnt have bid if I knew the guy was gonna get bad feedback 3 days later... it's only $340. Like I said I pass through his town all the time.....

First of all: give the guy a chance to send you the goods. Then, if he's trying to rip you off, go confront him.
Lastly: if he doesn't make good, make a citizen's arrest, cuff him, and take him to the police department. Tell them you are invoking your right to perform a citizen's arrest. Theft over $250 is a felony in most states.

If you beat him, it's a crime. However, if there is a scuffle during a citizen's arrest, that is a defense to prosecution on your part (meaning you can beat an assault charge if that assault happened as a necessary part of the citizen's arrest). Just make sure that you have a witness that will testify that the guy attacked you first.

Check your local law as your mileage may vary....

a citizens arrest is gay.imho..........i will never play junior detective blah blah.........your second idea of just beatin him down however is a good one....well excludin the citizen arrest .................$xxx amount worth of hospital bills........then if he presses charges kidnap his mom.......children.......dog whtever it takes to get him to drop the charges...................or you could just count your losses and move on and charge it to the game and add it to the list of stupid shit you will never do again......ie: not usin paypal
