.... this month I am working out of station 3. It is a very rural part of the county. Therefore, this is First Response station. I work on the truck by myself all shift. The truck is not a transport truck. It is a first response crash rescue unit equipped with the Jaws of Life. My favorite part of this job. Anyways, just thought I would share some pics of where I sit on my rear end all day and then get paid to sleep.

yes, sir, all alone. The closest ambulance with 2 crew members is 14 miles from here. I go to a lot of calls and assess injuries, stabilize, and call whatever resources are needed.

Had "new guy" out earlier...got some hose testing done, and we set up the truck for him...so he can get some probie bs checked off... I will see if I can get a few pic's loaded in a bit.
Be safe up there brother....FYI ...we got our station logo shirt's done...send me your addy again, and I will send ya one up.
