hey every body, i'm back in from offshore, hope every body is doing well. i fired my truck up tonight to go run an errand and truck ran really rough,bucking and so forth and then it threw P0121...looked at the code list...TP SENSOR VOLTAGE DOES NOT AGREE WITH MAP! i will remove the neg.battery cable tommorrow,reset and see what happens. is this a quick fix at the dealer? i'm worried that my stage II flash may dissapear.. should i tell them about the flash or not?:dontknow:

do you have your orignal computer if so put it in before you take it to the dealer. if not tell them not to falsh your truck caus it will clear your stage 2 flash. maybe the battery voltage is low. you said you just got back.

Hey ! I had my check engine light on last weekend ,when i started it on monday to go to the dealer it went off .So maybee you should drive it for a bit before going .

I have a complete PCM and the original one under the seat and they know about it ,depends on the relationship you have with your dealer .

No i did not ,it was doing ok nothing wrong...I'm also not using it very much those days ,maybee it as something to do with that ?

ive' had the charger on the battery for a couple of hours now, battery doesn't seem to be charging:dontknow: is this battery warranted? it will be 3 years old in jan. could this cause the problem i'm having with the code?

UPDATE!

well i took it to the dealer, it was the throttle posistion sensor..replaced under warranty. they had a viper tech and the service manager said he had worked on john force's vipers:dontknow: does john have a stable of vipers? probably just b.s.:dontknow: any ways i was upfront about the re-flash, service manager gave me some crap about warranty issues...viper tech told me NOT to tell any one about flashes, and i told him i was worried that comp would be flashed back to stock..he said we can't do that here any way....so everything is good now!:dancing:
