Honestly... if someone has an extra stock TB and Stock Gasket... I'd be more than glad to port it (for just the cost of grinding/polishing bits)... I can not offer coating services.

On a side note... I am not a professional and I do not own any businesses, so I offer no guarantee, but the TB will look pretty. I have ported several Intake manifolds, TB's, Turbine and Compressor housings, etc for myself and for friends.

For the TB, I usually like to "Cone" or "Hourglass" the ports. Usually this can pick up a couple horses without sacrificing low end grunt like enlarging the entore port all the way through.

An additional idea for the open mouth Oval TB out there... Since I don't know about clearance I did have another idea for you guys.

Utilize a TB spacer... The Spacer will contain the splitter. This should be a rather inexpensive fix the problem, plus probably offer up a few additional hp. With the spacer, you wouldn't have to redesign the TB housing at all, plus in the case of an FI setup where the divider may not be useful, you can just un bolt the spacer and reinstall the TB.

I hope I'm not talking out of my a$$ here since I have not actually worked on the viper motor before. If I am, please just disregard me... :)
