maybe its just me cause i been working so much i have not driven my truck much ,,,but it seems like i dont have as much travel on my gas petal as i once did ,,also i dont think the throttle body is not opening all the way when i floor it ,,,anyone with an RC that can mesure how much travel they have so i can compare it

Take the air cleaner off and make sure the throttle is opening all the way.

i did that ,,it does not open all the way ,,,meaning the blades are only about 3/4 of the way open ,,,i can hold down the pedel and open the throttle by hand more :dontknow:

Then houston you have a problem:p First time that makes sense ha, :D mine is at almost 90degrees when full throttle.

Why did you send the BBK back ? Could the problem have been the loose pedal ?

no the random high idle would never go away ,,,even with no cable on it i could rev it up by hand and it would stay at 2000 rpm ,,,did not do it all the time but i still did not like it ,,,being this cost so much i expect it to work as advertised ,,,when i talked to them they said no problem send it back ,we will replace it with the updated one ,,they made changes after first batch was made ,,:dontknow: ,,also when truck was cold it worked great ,,after about an hour of driving it would do it ,,,its like the metal would warm up and shaft would start binding again ,,if i let it sit for a couple hours it would be fine till it got hot again :dontknow:
