Ticket today

So I was thinking on my way to work odd. I think Prof is going to be correct on this one and I will just pay it. I realized after seeing two DPS officers this morning on the same stretch of road, I drive this everyday and see them everyday that I should just pay it. My thinking is that if I fight this I will be a target for this officer and he will dork with me all the time. I know he could throw the book at me if he wanted, my truck is far from legal. So I guess I can say case closed this time.

I learned the hard way in Texas...I prepared what I thought was a clear and air tight defense to a red light violation, and the Judge says: "The officer is the expert, this is his professional every day job, I don't care what you have to say, pay or go to jail."

I paid. I was pissed, but I paid!
