Do the manifold in black or a dark metalic grey it will make the covers more noticeable instead of the color being the same

why would I do that I just got the intake done in candy red???

My mistake I mixed them up I meant do the valve covers black or dark grey and then get the viper letter coated the same candy red as your manifold

you know I have never tried to polish a stock one, I think I got one or two layin around here somehwere, let me mess with it a little bit

I took some 0000 steel wool to it , it usually works on aluminum over time, I just didnt feel like taking the time m, I wanted to get it done,, heres pics!!!! anyone know what the bolt that holds the cold air box to the radiator support is?? was missing, I dont know if the last owner had an intake in and swapped it out and forgot the bolt.

you can run by lowes , pick up a buffin wheel attach it to a grinder and take polishing bar and do it that way,

or jsut looking at the engine , you could go the opposite way and black the letters andthe tb out, but I think polished woult look better, but a bitch to keep clean, think abouthat part also
