That's the correct size.

Now Pirelli lists a different tire for the RC and QC. They even have a different price. My guess is it's related to load rating.

thanks i think i got 295's last time and they ride terrible, they were 10 bucks a piece cheaper from tire rack. now all i got to do is decide on what brand, definatley wont be pirellis. need pleny of rubber with the roe getting finished up here shortly.

Unfortuneately no one makes a real sticky tire in our size, and the biggest you will be able to go to is a 325.

just bought a set of proxies for the charger srt8 yesterday to be exact. 197.00 ea.

I finally saw Miami Vice last night.. That SRT-8 Charger Crockett was driving in the movie is killer... Now I want one in black.

I just put the Toyo Proxies ST's on mine, and in the rain it's like driving on ice. I'm probably going to replace them come winter.

they seemed like they would feel slippery on water.

These were also take offs from my wifes Infiniti, so they had 7000 miles on them. It's not like they were brand new and needed the newness rubbed off of them.

the side wall will be shorter unless you go with a wider size to accomodate. the ride will also be very crappy. remember this...
305=tread width, 40=aspect ratio(sidewall height), 22=rim size...
now what that means is the width of the tread is 305mm, the side wall height is 40% of the 305mm width. hope this helps.

And it's amazing what the 5% in aspect ratio makes in ride quality.

As I stated, the Toyos on the truck came off my wife's Infiniti. They are 305-40/22's, same as the truck. Well they were just a little small in diameter to what the stock tires were for hers. So I went with 305-45/22's for the new tires on her's. She did not really understand what the difference was, but the first time she drove it she remarked on how it rode smoother.

The General Grabber UHP's seem to have a thicker sidewall yet are the same size as the Pirellis.They ride much better,though.

sorry bout that, 305/45/22 will be a better ride...dont know what i was thinking. seems like after all those years spent at michelin i wouldnt have goofed that up...

General UHP is what I have and I'm very happy with them. Great in the rain and ride much better than the stock tire. No matter what tire you get it's a good idea to have all tires this size force balanced.
