It's THAT exact reason why I hate calling lenders or credit card companies. I hate dealing with automated services or waiting on the line for extended periods of time listening to elevator music or free form Jazz while their operators are currently assisting other customers, although my call IS important to them and will be answered in the order received.. "So please, hang on the line, and someone will be with you momentarily.." PHOOEY!
