Get "PC cillin". Best anti-virus out there. It's what pro hackers use to protect their systems. WAY better than Norton or McAfee.

That and the latest version of Spybot (freeware) and your PC should be protected nicely.

Or......you could run a Mac and not have to worry about- or pay for- any of that extra stuff.
