I was in a bar, and could not hear what was being said. Did they actually touch, or did Gordon just take the air off the spoiler?

There is a fine line on WHEN you can bump and run.Track position ,race points(end of race etc.)There is a whole lot to consider.This is a continuation of the bad blood from Bristol .Remember the slapping incident...LOL

Let me start by saying I'm an Earnhardt fan.
I think NASCAR will do nothing. Watched the reply a few time (DVR) and I think they will see the same thing I saw. In the last couple of laps before the bump, Jeff was getting in the gas coming out of the turn a lot sooner than Matt.
I feel bad for Matt, I like Matt.
Besides, the big news of the day in Juan Pablo Montoya coming to NASCAR.
And if Paul Tracy decides to make the switch

stop.......... gordon didn't have to hit kenseth in the rear.... he was obviously faster & would have passed him in another lap....... that was payback for bristol.... i agree, @ least a 25 point slap for gordon is in order.......

Looked like Matt actually slowed a bit in that part of the corner, like maybe he was a little loose....think he may have been paying too much attention to blocking instead of driving...didn't seem deliberate, but I :dontknow:
People should race clean, but if blocking you open the door to a bump...Oh, and I don't like Gordon, so I don't care if he gets a penalty....

Think about this. Going from 2nd place to first equals 5 more points. Penalty of 25 points.....he would end up down 20 points. Not a good day really considering Jeff is on the bubble. And also didnt Matt run out of gas at the end anyway?
