Doing a search I found a bunch. A reall good thread on the different ones available.

http://www.vtcoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3755&highlight=tonneau

The only site I could find instant pricing though was the Lazerlite ones. They look great and seem like a decent price considering it's painted and wing friendly. ($1245 shipped)

Anybody else go with something else for another reason like better price?

I need it with at least gas shocks, lockable, weather tight, and stock wing mountable.

Any other suggestions?

i took off my tonneau for the weight reduction (it really helps) and i want to put the wing back on . Where do i get the new wing thats wide enough to fit across without the tonneau on . If any one knows that would be great . vvv90 i might be willing to sell you mine , what color is your truck /

Wow! The price has gone up on the Laserlite Cover. I got mine painted and shipped for $900.00, and love it and knowing what I know now I would still purchase it at $1245.

It's a red RC.

What kind of cover do you have?

i have a silver QC . Do qc and rc have diffrent bed measurements ?

I have the Pace Edwards Jackrabbit. Unlike the retrax you do have to notch for the wing.

I have my old wing that the dealer gave me after they took it off and put a tonneau with wing on it. It's red. If you are interested let me know.

That is nice, very functional and very economic. I appreciate you posting the pics....I hope you didn't go to too much trouble....I'm just looking for something more sporty looking. It looks too "industiral" and "work truck" for my tastes.

:)

I'm the guy who put together that Buyers Guide you linked to on the first page.
I opted for the Lazerlite cover. No regrets, and awesome customer service from the folks over there.
I would like to see one with a slam-latch, and/or a remote lock/unlock....but....if it came like that, I wouldn't be able to mod it! :)

Heres a couple of my Lazerlite....just be careful of High Truck Speeds. ;)

I like it cause its low and it doesnt leak....pain in the ass to open with the key but worth it!:p

The wing actually does push down and will bend you cover!:dontknow: :D :D :D

What you're saying is that the cover could be damaged by the downforce of the wing at high speeds?

How fast are we talkin' and what kind of damage?

That was a great thread you made, thanks! The only thing I'm disappointed about is the lack of pricing info from those sites.

I'm leaning towards the lazerlite right now, but I did like the concept of the tonneau lift:

I think this would accomodate large loads better. However, it looks like it weighs a lot too. :dunno:
