I am undecided on whether to get an SRT-10 RC or Turbo a 5.7 RC. To get the 5.7 to where I want it by lowering it, buying 22's and the turboing.

The price is less than an SRT, and I'm under the impression it would work well. I'm not sure whether the auto trans could stand the additional power.

Also I've been given the impression that the fuel mileage would be better in the 5.7 turboed. I know that fuel mileage should not be a factor if I am going to do either of these but it wouldn't hurt, neither would driveability.

Any imput would be appreciated.

You've come to the wrong place if you want an unbiased opinion. SRT all the way. The look, the uniqueness, the power. It really is a no brainer to most of us.

And I've seen 18mpg cruising on the highway in my RC. Just sayin'.:D

Where is the best place to get a 04-06 RC with relatively low miles.

If you want one with mods check out the post here from mmmmtorque, this is a great truck at a helluva price.

There are a number here if your close enough to one of them. Check ebay or Autotrader for one in your area. Where are you located? Yeah mmmmtorque's truck would be a trophy catch at his price.

I'm in New Brunswick, just on top of the state of maine. I saw that one and agree that it would be a steal with all the mods but I want a stock one for some reason. I imagine I'll mod it shortly after I get it anyways.

If you heard his truck, you'd whip out your checkbook. I wish I could find a way but I don't need two trucks.

I saw that one, I agree it would be a steal. I would like a farily stock one at the begining. I'm in Canada just above Maine. These trucks go high up here for some reason, guessing its because there aren't many up here.

Off topic I can't see my thread in the New Members Section, only in the New Posts

I'm having some major problems on here. I'll post something and it wont show up so I'll write it again and then they both show up. Sorry for the double posts
