Just the horns at the moment, not much effort :D

I'm planning to install a 2.5 gal Viair tank under the bed, passenger side, and maybe the compressor in the bed or under with a shield for mud and water.

Are you using MyPushcart for the horns? They were great for me.

I installed a kit from them in my Ranchero: what a blast hahah, put a regulator since it was as loud as no kind of sound could be heard!

This one comes from Siege Engineering, way cheaper and the tank has an embedded compressor. But I will install that tank/compressor in another car.

I am getting ready to put a set on my dually. I am looking at the Nation AirChime K5LA modules, with 5 gallon tank, and dedicated compressor.

They are expensive... but they are "TRUE" train horns still in use today on many different locomotives... 156db... :D

Those Nathan are the best, but way much expensive! I love them

nicely done... I put my horns on the bottom spoiler behind the grill... like 11 bolts drilled a few holes in the plastic... mounted 3 horns and the compressor bam done..

activating the alarm just hits the compressor so you hear a woosh with no beep... this is not necessarily a bad thing however there's probably a way to get it to work.... keep in mind when i hit the panic button or the alarm goes off you do hear the air horns :D

We should All do this, I have had mine in for about 6 months now, And ive been Blowing people over the back of bus stop benches since Day 1... Enjoy yourself.

Anyone have these train horns on their truck for a while and drive in all weather conditons?

I'm wondering how they'd hold up over time, when mounted under the car and subjected to water/snow/slop. Assuming I could find a place to mount them under my Focus.:D I want 'em baaaaaad...
