WOW... Normaly, I would say that this was an IDIOT. But, givin his "situation" and know people that have went through it... That wouldn't be a bad way to go. :dontknow: Really wild stuff. Thanks.

Maybe thats why he it.................maybe he knew he had lukemia and was eventually gonna die. You just dont know. Either way 21 is way too fricken young to die of any disease. Poor guy.

Well,

Having read all your responses, I certainly can get a sufficiently clear image of it....

I don't need to see it with my eyes...... I've seen it in my heart.....

God bless this poor guy............ Too fast to live, too young to die.....

Bye-bye...............

He was holding a camera in his free hand.
I dont condone that kind of behavior no matter what the personal circumstance may be.
Think if something tragic were to happen and your kids or someone elses kids were witness to it:dontknow:

Then again you could just explain to the kids that its just like adding Chlorine to the Gene Pool

D, he never fell off the train. The end of the video one year later shows his grave site and says he died of lukemia.

I was first introduced to Leukemia when I was 10 because an 11 year old friend of mine died from it. Reallya sad situation no matter what age.

This is way off the subject of train surfing.....

But, I'm guessing that it is consistent with the general theme of duscussion here....

There's a movie that came out several years ago...... Some non-sentimental types might think it's stupidass film.... I've even read reviewers who've said as much..... Anyway it features and is co-produced by Christopher Lambert.... It's called "Gideon"..... a great compliment of big name stars are in it as well....

Gideon is a developmentally disabled man who (unbeknownst to the rest of the characters) has come to a retirement home to die .... His aunt sent him there cuz she was tired of caring for him....

Know one knows it, but Gideon has leukemia and doesn't have long to live..... But his (albeit brief) effect on those around him is so profound that he succeeds in redeeming all their lives before "going home"...........

It is one of the most uplifting and sadly wonderful stories I've seen on film....

Christopher Lambert
Carroll O'Conner
Charlton Heston
Mike Connors
Shirley Jones
Barbara Bain
Mikelty Williams

If ever there's a role model for leaving the planet....... It's Gideon.
