tranny and rear end fluid change

Hello Everyone. I have 29k miles on my RC 2005. Is it time to change the Tranny and rear end fluids?
What fluids would you recomend for the rearend and for tranny? Can you please specify the Brand and viscosity to use? And also the ammount of fluid I need to buy to fill up the rear and and trans completelly?
