I ran my truck on the dyno yeasterday with Yellow Fever #154,CCM and Hucksrt-10,I ran 411HP and 463 TQ,then at the end of the pull smoked poured out from under the hood, pass side, tranny fluid puked out of my dip stick filler! What would cause this? (it was a little over full too) So I pulled the truck off, checked the level, drove it about 5 blocks, rechecked it nothing lost,a few drips from bell housing and around inspection plate,I haven't puled the inspection plate off yet,So I drove it about 10 miles, rechecked it again, still same level as first check, pulled in the car wash sprayed it all off under there drove 5 more miles, checked it at home and looks like it is just wet on the front of the inspection plate ,no dripping, still the same level as first check! Ran perfectly fine! There was a slight vibration before dyno when I would hold the RPM above 3000,Im thinking cracked flex plate and it took out the front seal?? But it more less quit leaking and is still full of fluid? Strange!

The fluid just got hot and blew it out of the breather. Not sure about the SRT automatic but on the older torqueflites the breather is inside the bell housing. Trans fluid expands as it gets hot. If it shifts fine and has no leaks you should be good to go. If it is kinda orange in color instead of red I would change the fluid and filter.

We kind of had the same issue on my dyno run. The fluid level was overfilled and after a bunch of runs the heat caused the fluid to expand. It was almost pouring out from the bottom. We siphoned some of the fluid out and it was still dripping, but got slower and slower. No real effects other then the fluid overflowing through the vent.

Concur.

Just enlarged dyno sheet.Easier to read, not bad #'s for a moreless stock truck.(CAI, 2.5" catless mids ,didn't get to run my SCT race Tune.)
