Jack, what type of rpms are you going to spin?

And if your not using them could you sent the rubber bumpers that go with the gas door? Look funny without them :)

Going to run the silver truck motor 7200-7600 RPM.

How would one go about installing a TH400 in a 2005 QC.. What parts or changes would be needed for this install?

I am doing this now. You need the tranny, I recommend Mike as listed in the first post by Stinker, you'll need an adapter from Donato Engineering (see my thread on tranny adapter), you'll need a converter (mike can take care of this for you) if you plan to drive on the street a gear vendors overdrive, if you plan to go manual valve body you'll need a shifter. You will also need a new driveshaft. Your stocker is a two piece, change that to a single.

Approx cost for all of that, built to take 1500+ rwhp, is 10 grand plus driveshaft.
