transmission drain plug

Anyone know where I can get a transmission drain plug for the t56? Dont really wanna go to the dealership and I doubt they would have any. Lmk!

Should be able to pick one up at O'Reily's or Advance....

I know they carry replacement plugs.

I believe it is Carl. I think a 3/4" NPT and you can swipe a magnet across it to polarize it

Many oil pans drain plugs are but not manual trannys

If you find metal shavings In a manual trans, your to late! Your will hear a problem before the plug tells you anythiing. The plug doesn't need to be magnetic.... in my opinion

Alright I went to pep boys, auto zone, advanced auto parts, and orileys and none of them have it so I had to call the deapership. Its only 3 bucks but itll take a week to get here
