TREKER's Header and catless mids installation thread

After reading this thread I not only want to do a header/JMB midpipe on my truck, but damnit, now im hungryyy!

I'll be home in North Jersey Memorial day weekend...get your gear by then and will will put them on.
if we can get the manifold to mids bolts off without cutting and the truck is jacked up when I get there I can do it with a little help in 5 hours.

let me know, I got a big garage in franklin lakes or in Ringwood.

Okay, so I receive an email containing Treker's header install pics (since I can't see them here right now). The pictures made the task look easy, great job guys. I bet she performs and sounds fantastic. But the headers aren't coated? What's going to be done about the higher heat issues? Also, Treker managed to sneak a picture of Vipergirl in the collection. HAHAHAHAHA!!! That was hilarious. Nice touch Trek. Thanks for taking the time to send these to me. They will serve as a guide for my install.

I appreciate the kind words Scott. check the truck tomorrow (mainly the brakeline, oil dipstick tube, and the wires by the headers.

If anyone needs help with the install for headers I am only a flight away, which maybe cheaper than paying a shop!

Headers are coated. They are just new so they look polished. Glad you liked the pics. Vipergirl misses you.

In the pictures, the only thing that looked polished was Vipergirl's lip gloss. Your headers didn't look polished to me at all, that's why I asked. But if they're polished and coated then you're just fine. I must have looked at the pics wrong. I can't wait to install my Bassanis and polished intake manifold. I'll get to it as soon as I get home.

headers are coated they were on my TUCK for 10k miles with no issues. i cleaned them before sending them to treker the pecker.
