Yeah, but sadly that only works with rear drum brakes. I've tried on my Focus but the rear discs won't lock-up.:dontknow:

Now using the parking brake in the snow is a different story!:rock:

Many years ago I was dating (that is screwing) this gal that had a Subaru. I didn't know that at that time their emergency brakes were connected to the front wheels. I was driving her car back from dinner and decided to do a handbrake turn. Turned the wheel, grabbed the brake and that thing almost rolled over on the front corner it dug in so bad. Scared the shit out of her and surprise the hell out of me.

Just one of those live and learn lessons in life.

Funny though...had a two vehicle accident last shift...Hyundi vs. an Infinity...
the damn Infinity was a mess....Hyundai was in great shape...not that I would own one...but pretty suprised.:dontknow:
