Trojan on Facebook

I have gotten a couple of emails from friends n family to open a message about some sorta video of me.

DO NOT OPEN IT.

I made the mistake of opening it from my sister.

DOOOHHHHHH.

Nothing but problems with the computer now.

She says she didnt send and everyone i talk to says the same about the ones they have gotten.

DUDE sometimes I wish i could meet up with a few of these computer trojan designers.

I got some shit like that this morning when i went on FB! Luckly im on my work PC and blocked/cleaned everything out right away!

How the F%^K can i get my computer back to square 1???

Anyone here an IT specialist?

Need a doctor. Keep getting pop-ups sayin computer virus and need to pay for a scan n shit.

I tried everything i know-WHICH AINT MUCH GRANTED.

Killin my office work for the bodyshop.

Yeah i downloaded it.

Had like 22 viruses/malware/spyware programs.

Then i rebooted n couldnt get my computer to connect.

Had to reset computer. Doohhh.

Then found out this morning some of my other sites were hijacked. DOUBLE DOOHHHH.

So pretty much just coming here, ebay, yahoo n our shop estimating site.

So now i'm bored. LOL

OK so check this out.

I STILL cannot get onto the net from my personal computer.

BUT

If i switch users to my guest user it connects likety split no problems.

I think on my side it says cannot connect due to HTTP / TP connections or something along those lines. I have tried everything.

So using my other guest user log in for now.

ok rechecked.

Connection Diagnostics says

cannot connect using HTTP, HTTPS or FTP.

Check firewall settings for HTTP (80), HTTPS (443), FTP (21)

Nothing in my firewall settings for any of those.

go into your IE explorer settings and delete your cookies. They are storing information the was caused by the trojan.
