Came on here about a month ago. Serious problem with truck. Tore out Cat thought plugged. New plugs...IAC, MAP, fuel pump, TPS, injection treatments, throttle body rebuild...none of the above was the problem. Truck acted like starving for gas...gasping like had no air. Wouldn't go up a small hill. Well, gentlemen...you gave your inputs, I tried everything. Here's what the problem was. A simple $13.00 part. Air temp control sensor on the Magnum Intake. Full power back. In fact, with all the new stuff I replaced a second time...30%more horsepower. Thanks for your time and patience with me. Oh...and it was a mechanic at Midas that sat and listened to me without interruption until I was finished. He asked one question, and when I answered him...he and a co-worker both chimed in. Air temp sensor! I owe him at least a good six pack of Port...or a mellow bottle of Scotch. Carry on...and be good to those Mopars.
