it keeps kentucky from sliding off, becuase indiana sucks

Did somebody say Kentucky?

You should move your shop down here to the bluegrass state. We know all about horsepower, we are the horse capital of the world after all.

Does the Novi SC have oil lines running to it? You might want to check those as well. That is what could be spraying the front of the truck..... :dontknow:

Just alittle reminder that I am heading to Boomer's shop tomorrow morning (around 9-10am), if anyone is in the area. Would be nice while he is working on my truck to meet a few of you. :burnout: bikertat

Yes , you have to tap into the oil pan to run the oil line for the NOVI ,at least I had to on my Viper, that line could be leaking also. I ran breathers from my valve covers to a catch can on my Viper in order to cut back pressure and keep oil from blowing out.

Timing is not quite right...I will be living in Wadsworth, IL and using Boomer too. Had the timing been better we could have formed a convoy so you would have wheels while the "the Artist" did his magic...

I will contact you as soon as my ride gets off the carrier!

I have heard that breathers are a good idea on blown motors. Thanks for the confirmation on the oil line. I guess we'll have to wait and see what the culprit is...

Well the culprit was.......a piece from the accusump failed and it was blowing oil everywhere......plus I do have a small leak coming from the tranny. Nothing major, but this will be fixed in March '07, plus me and Boomer have alot more instore for my truck then. But all is well with my truck now....3 1/2 hrs home and no leaks  . I got about 13.6 mpg there and back (average 75mph)....truck temp about 180 and oil temp 180....everything was great.
I did however stop by the Dodge stealership in Terre Haute, IN. to have them check the gear oil (tranny). First of all, it looked like the whole Beverly Hillbillies crew was working there......anyway.... a young kid comes out and looks at my truck----I have no badges so I could tell he was wondering what it was......I asked him if they had time to check the gear oil in the tranny for me and he said in a very smart ass way, "It only takes a sec, pull the dipstick and check." So I said (in a very smart ass way), "Hey dumbass, there is no dipstick." So I proceded to get in my truck and left them a nice little present in their car lot:burnout: :D .
Long story short---truck is fixed for now.....a BIG THANK YOU BOOMER. . Don't forget what you promised next time I'm down there:burnout: ....
Just wanted to let everyone know that the truck is fixed and has a fresh oil change.....and Boomer---thanks again bro....bikertat
