Truck is not starting easily. To start i have to give it gas and then the engine is moving the rpms up and down until it warms up. Thi only happens after sitting around 2 days. Gotta fix it sounds like shit when i start it, any ideas on whats wrong?

Ironic but I had this problem today too, I've been having electrical problems (see the hyper audio shame link below lol) But my battery tends to drain (inconsistently I may add) but it died, and I had a friend try to jump it, and it would start, kept building the battery up and trying again, finally I tried giving it gas and it fired up (it was flooded as all hell) but up it went.... it was around 30F so it was cold but thats the first time I had to give it gas to fire it up.... Granted, I don't know a lot about engines but I thought since fuel was injected / computer controlled it wouldn't make a difference .... Maybe it give it some air? I have no idea but it was definitely strange
