My truck likes to pull to the right normally and I had it aligned at the dealer but it still pulls....
I noticed when I hit the brakes, usually at a low speed, the truck likes to hok hard to the right...i mean it will easily cross into the next lane if I'm not holding the wheel...
Could this be from a caliper sticking, and what is also causing it to pull right while driving?

also make sure your front breaks are still all A o.k

but my truck also pulls right all the time.... an it seems no body can really get a good fix on it not bad but enough to mess ya up if your not paying attention

jack up the front end and spin the tires that'd let you know if one it draging
Tire pressure is good....
good idea going to jack it up and give it a spin.....
Brakes look ok too....

Would cam/cast cause this b/c that may be my problem still:dontknow:

Slightly sticking caliper? Which would also explain your pull from before.

I'm wondering the same thing...I'm going out in this hot ass weather to check it now...if not you know it will be raining in about an hour here!:D

Just got the front end in the air and passenger front caliper is sticking....gets about a half turn before it stop and I can hear it...
What do you do to unstick caliper?

Clean them, or buy a new one . That is what I am going to do since the truck is in the shop. I have had them cleaned 2 times(same side pas.) and it is doing it again, going to just replace them:mad:

Is there any type of lube you can use to unstick it and help it move more freely?

Rebuild the caliper, or have it rebuilt if you are not up to doing it yourself.
Replace if you do not want to rebuild.

You also have a warped caliper.

I have a hook up at a dealer so I don't think rebuilding would be worth it...
What would rebuilding entail?

There is no slides like a regular caliper, it has 2 pistons on both sides that get dust and dirt built up around them, just clean and watck out that any lube you might use does'nt get on the rotors.

If it was similar to my set-up on the diesel there was 2 piston's on there with a boot that kept dirt and dust out....prob the same on here:dontknow:

Dirt and dust get around those rubber seals on the pistons and eventually enough builds up and makes them stick, also dirty brake fluid will cause it.

It's not too bad while driving, it's usually when i'm going slow or braking....I'm gonna try to clean it out with some brake cleaner this weekend and see if that helps....or is brake cleaner not a good idea:dontknow:

That will be ok, try doing a brake flush on it. But be warned: your really taking a chance by doing that, it might work or it may lock up the caliper for good.

I like to take risk's, but maybe I'll try to find another product to clean better....Not sure about a brake flush..is that basically the same a bleeding except your letting it all out and refilling?

Most of the machines i've used just force fluid from the master cylinder out the calipers, it replaces about 95% of the fluid.

Once I get it taken off this weekend I'll have a better idea...i'm going to check fluid tomorrow to see what it looks like..
