i can 2nd that, I had a GF that Totalled my brand new 03 Honda Civic with 3 miles on it, I went out washed it let her drive it to school in the morning and she destroyed and, she did not help me one $ then the repo got it 2 am and i did not stop them. I just watched. They fix it as a salvage, then i had to pay off the balance, and now I owe 330.00 left to this day so You are right.

yes we have Ghost Town here. I know my credit will be screwed. but really it already is because we lost our house in FL too. The one reason we moved is because we were going to loose at least 1 house and we kept the 1 that had the smaller mortgage payment. And I wanted to live in the mountains for the 2nd half of my life.

I have a job, and work 3 days a week after work. It just dont pay what I ued to make. I am happy were I am at.

I just got off the phone with Wells Fargo agian , They still wont work with me on the payment. They told me to keep the for sale sign in it. I told them that if they wont work with me that someone needs to come and get it. I am tired of looking at it. They said they would try to get someone to come out in a couple weeks.

Yea I know right, the insurance would not pay for it because she was not on my coverage and her family just shoot the door in face, kinda like you should have known better. It is all good I have my toys I paid it off, it did hurt me but I have got it back.

My wife has been with National City Mortgage for 10 years. I am her marketing manager for now and National City is putting me through training and by next month I will be on payroll as her Loan officer assistant. I also have been doing alot of roofing on the side. The market is not that bad up here and business is really picking up. National City is a lender , not a broker

I heard there is like some toxic cloud hanging over the big island. Is that what island you are on.
