Truck wont start

Going to work this morning, put the key in, turned the ignition, push the start button.....nothing. I have power, so I checked all my fuses dealing with the ignition.....good. I was thinking it was the start button itself, but everyone is telling me they never go out. SO the guy Im talking to is wanting me to find the starter relay....Does anyone know where that is? Please help!

The starter relay is located in Power Distribution Center,you can refer to label on PDC cover for relay location.

I did, and nothing says "starter relay", Im an idiot anyways, so Im probably overlooking it. Im trying to fix it before the mechanic gets here so I dont have to spend toooooo much money

Have you actually checked battery?
Do you have over 12 volts at battery?

Yeah, everything is good with the power and fuses, I even switched relays to #72 and #73 (same) to see if that was it.....nothing still

I have also put my stock computer back in, tried locking and unlocking the door with the key in the handle, also with remote....nothing.

i know this sounds silly,but.............living in this humid salty environment,the connections on your battery maybe not making a good contact.ive' had it happen to me! ive' popped the clamps with a hammer and all was good!

I think or should I say hope thats been done?

I've never looked on mine but is it possible to bump the starter by shorting with a wire or the good old screwdriver?

I got it!!!! Im an IDIOT but I got it, thanks Stagethree. The "F"ing shifter was stuck in "R" for some reason and wouldnt start......she works now!!! YEA for electronics!!!!

Yeah, now I need to go get an oil change...LOL gonna get me one way or another
