If you have the extended warrenty, they should have you sitting in either a loaner or rental.

Very curious as to what is determined regarding the fueling issue. Several of us here in AZ have experienced that issue....like it really rains here!! When mine did it I pulled the filler tube out to check the tipover ball/basket along with vent lines and purge valves. Found no problem and after buttoning it all back together I could fill it up just fine. Hasn't done it since...then again I haven't driven in rain since last July/August?

ok update today.....the dealership called today. the whole time i thought that i had warranty i DID NOT!!!!!!!!!!! when i bought the truck they figured the warranty in with the monthly payment and i was ok with that payment. but when the credit union got the contract they said that woudlnt finance that much so the made the dealer drop the price even more. so without me knowing the dealer took the extended warranty OFF!!!!! i did not know this till today when i went to the crdit union to ask to see the contract.i was a pissed of SOB at lunch today and now the problems: ok the gas tank issue.. the vent line was pluged and they can not change the vent only because its molded into the tank. so they just replace the whole tank $425....2. P1685 code the key moduel and scim key are bad. i need a new key and a new moduel $430....3. the two oild cooler lines are leaking i know stinkers sells them but for a quick fix i was gunna use the dealer replacments $115....4. a $103 LOOK AT FEE F****In BULL****....i had a 03 L before this thing, and that all it was, was a money pit. thats why i got rid of it. and now this one... man im thingking about getting the key thing fixed and just getting rid of it. you pay that much for a daily driver and this kinda stuff starts happening to it so easy...screw that

You dont NEED to fix the gas tank, you dont NEED to fix the lines, the only thing you need to fix is the skim module. and once you decide to fix the module they dont charge you the "look at" fee. ;)

If you have paperwork from the Dealer you bought it from stating you paid for a warranty and they took it out without your knowledge is fraud. See if you can find something to back this up, you might get the extended warranty you thought you paid for afterall.

Mike, sorry to hear about this. I just mustered my 10 into a DD role and hope all stays together. Mine is still under the 3/36 and I have a 7/70 extended plan.

I went back, when I saw your post, to make sure my sales contract included the extended service plan/cost. It did, listed as a separate line item. My advice is to pull the contract that you signed and check for the extended warranty cost. They should (or may?) have itemized that cost separately in addition to the purchase price, taxes and other fees you paid. If your signed sales contract shows a separate cost for the EW then IMO you have a solid case to make against the CU. If the cost is not itemized on the sales contract then it may be a little harder to prove the CU at fault, e.g. removing agreed upon costs without your knowledge or approval.
