.............who here has a truck with more than the "standard" 2" - 2 1/2" drop blocks on a reg cab truck ?:dontknow:

I REALLY want to get the rear down, but I want to be ABSOLUTELY sure that I don't mess anything up before I go with another set of blocks.

I want at least 3" and preferably 3 1/2" lowering blocks but I will need to remove the bump stops and the mounts first.I now have concerns with bottoming out the driveshaft in the transmission.

So..............anyone that actually has more than 2" drop OR anyone that has an opinion, post up !

My only other alternative is to raise the front up a bit

(thanks to Stinker for his cautions in my other thread ;) )

Kyle's SRT10 has the 3" blocks I believe.

Stinker also had some 3" blocks at one point in time. . .

Shortening the driveshaft isn't a big deal. A driveline shop will prob charge you a little over $100 to do it. Not a big job at all.
