So? Who the f*ck are you? Really, I don't know you from Adam. I don't take comments to heart unless I know and trust the person's opinion.

The more I'm around here and learn what your experience is the more I'll respect you.

You may have earned the respect of others because they know you but I'm still learning. Judging from others' comments I'm sure I'll learn a lot from you so I look forward to it.

Until then, I will pose my point of view and I DON'T CARE if it may be wrong. I'm not here for ego battles, just to learn.

Oh boy....Maybe I can help shed a little light here. I don't have a dog in this fight, BUT Silverback IS a very respected member here. And he also happens to be an Engineer. He has posted numerous times (try the search feature) on an experiment that was conducted on the very topic that you voiced.

I can't speak for him, but I suspect that he is probably just getting a little tired of repeating the results and arguing the merits of the test.

Unfortunately though I'm a newbie around here so I'm the one on the defensive...naturally.

So here's some insight to me....I'm not a typical trolling-overopinionated-Internet-nutswinging-egomaniacal jackass.

If I pose my point of view and I'm wrong CALL ME ON IT. I'm not hard headed. I'll see the light. I equally will not try to pass on false or misleading information.

I'm tech-tips forum moderator at 300cforums.com. It's my responsibility to clarify and pass on good info over there. I take it very seriously.

Just letting you all know my stance since I'll be around here quite a bit.

(BTW: I was a little sauced when I typed my error ridden post the other night. So most of this is my fault. Sorry Silverback.)

Well it's my fault too. It's spring and I'm shedding like a SOB. Wife is all over me about it and wants me to sleep out in the garage again.

That works for me, but then she gets pissed because I have my girl friend over. Damn women. Just can't please them no matter what.

Anyway, on this site there is no reason as a new member to be defensive. We welcome everyone the same.

So here is a toast to you. :beer:

Hope you stick around and learn to fling the shit with the rest of us.
