My only request is that whoever does this takes a few pictures and puts it in the DIY section. The more DIY's with your parts the more of those parts you will probably sell!

I have got to do something. My truck will not shift under WOT.
Did you install the shift kit? If so, I experienced the same thing at one point and have mostly corrected it by adjust the kickdown linkage. In my opinion, there is a modification we should not do while installing the kit. If I recall correctly, you need to either install a different spiring or drill a small hole somewhere to increase the shift points. Not good if you already have change your shift points via software. If you do both, you will find yourself bumping off the revlimiter.
We tried to install the shift kit only to find it was the wrong kit. How do you adjust the kick down linkage or is that the same as the kick down cable?
Same thing. There should be thread in the do it yourself section.

Fricken great. I love my truck but I find new things out about it every day that I absolutely hate. This drives me fricken nuts. Steering wheel issues Check, The cracking on the drives side seat due to poor design Check, Seal around drivers door chaffes when door is open Check, and now the damn truck shifts funny in first and second while light throttle guess it is TSB 21-009-07 Check. Absolutely pissed right now. Oh yeah out of warranty due to time still have 3000 left till out by miles but doesn't mean crap. Sometimes I wonder if I am just am idiot to have my truck. Always something.

they are a big pain, but these are the little things you pay for having a beast under your foot

I know stinker it is very true. My truck reminds me of a rocket....it costs alot it uses alot of fuel and the parts are hard to find and always expensive. But the most important thing? It goes like a rocket too!!!:rock: Just hope one day it doesn't blow up like a rocket!LOL Ok Ok not funny at all. Got fingers crossed.
