Tuning Q's again

So while Im doing my daily browsing, on theviperstore.com I notice theyre claiming 70-80hp with a new PCM and 30rw hp and trq gains thru an SCT.
1. Are these gains legit?
2.Sorry guys, I like things that go fast but I dont know sh*t about this stuff.... What the hell is the diff between the two???

How long do his tuning sessions usually last? I'm about 2hrs from JMB for the next few months, would love to get in a session while I'm here.
