Tuning questions

I'm looking for a good tune for 91 octane..( difficult to find higher than that near me) I know there's a recent post about sct but that's talking about 93+
in addition I was wondering what u get from torrie for the 500 bucks.. Do u get. Programmer + the tunes or am I sending him my unit to flash. If it's a programmer as well which is what it sounds like. Is It possible to get it flashed cuz I'm gonna keep the tune on... Warranty is expired what do I care about the dealers lol
or is anybody selling a tune used? It will be for a 2006 QC

Get it from Torrie. The price includes the tuner and three tunes. He can do a 91 octane tune.
