Turbo Sportster build

well i kinda got bored the other day so i decided to put a turbo on my 07 harley sportster here are a few pics and a quick vid, i don't remember what i paid for the turbo because i was going to start this before i got my truck 2 years ago but total right now i've got about $150 into it(sure that'll go way up). The end result i'm hoping for is 8psi with an intercooler and 115-120 wheel hp and just as much torque.

thanks, it dosen't sputter when its under a load, not sure why it does just sitting there

sweet....the sputter is in the tune...it can be worked out wonder what the A/F ratio is

Is it a stroker?

My Sportster had a 4 13/16 stroker wheel...ran really good but kept ripping the skirts off of pistons...just too much stroke beyong about 4300 rpm.

no the engine internally is still stock, wade the compressor side of the turbo isn't hooked up yet just the exhaust side. Today i'm goin to try and get the oil lines ran then i need to order a discharge flange for the exhaust pipe and had the muffler shop bend up the down pipe and tail pipe

well so far i've only been taking parts off:dontknow: i think something might be wrong:dontknow: lost my bailing wire so i think i'm gonna use duck tape to put it back together, that way it won't rust

just a note to guys that might have a sportster, be very careful taking the cam cover off, my number 4 cam(the one farthest to the right) came out with the cam cover so i had to line all the cams back up.
