I have two 26" Powerstick mufflers 3" diameter that I never used. Still brand new, only took out of packaging and sat on a shelf in the garage.

Sounds like your USPS is better than mine. I took them in for a shipping quote and the guy just looked at me and said "Can't ship those....Next in line please"
