Two TSB questions

Is this what TSB TSB 23-049-05 is for

And my steering wheel moves about an 1/8 of an inch up and down when while driving. I dont remember my last QC doing this anyone have this issue and is it TSB 19-003-05. About to take the truck in for my first service its this is the case.

Does any one have a list of the service bulletins for the 05 RC's? I have never received anything in the mail regarding any???
 
Haven't got my seals replaced either... But, mine "whistles" on the passenger side? :confused: :dontknow:

Never heard of the steering wheel movement before. :dontknow:

The first TSB number is correct. The second TSB number is for in and out movement of the steering wheel. (towards and away from you)
 
Seals replaced in 20 minutes today on my way home from work. The new seals are cut correctly so that they door doesnt hit them. They said the steering wheel was normal.
