Unable to access vtcoa

Any suggestions. I am unable to access vtcoa through my router. Ive tried 4 laptops and my cell phone. I am no on through my cell phone with wifi turned off.

how do you know its a ROUTER problem ,,can you connect to other web sites?????

Seen stuff like this before. Make sure the router has the latest firmware. If you have another router, give it a try.
There are some other things to try, I will shoot ya a PM.

that will do wonders
