I prefer the full polished Walt. Black ones just don't do it for me. But to each his own.

An up date on the car...the motor is out and headed to the engine shop...nothing much else to tell except Kevin did talk me into using JM stryker heads....a little more expensive but he says they are worth it on a boosted motor.

Walt

PS. Thanks for checking it out Stinker!!

I think it WILL be ready by MOPAR Nationals!!!!

But I get in trouble every time I think...

Walt, that's awesome! Bring it to the Nats!

Are you trying to get into the 14s with Stinker?

No question about it, Walt. The Strikers flow SOOOOO much better than anything else, it's almost dumb not too on the kind of engine you are having built. I believe that the flow was so good on Blakewilder's Paxton engine, that it dropped him 2psi! That's moving just as much air but with much less heat!

On my engine the results were impressive, considering that I'd dropped the CR to 9.0. With a factory tune and injectors, those heads, and the CC cam, it was over 500hp by 2500rpm, and peaked about 617hp. Boost an engine like this, and you've got a monster!:D

Can't go wrong with Jeff's heads!
