Well guys went to DLM today and as expected the truck will not be ready for the Truck Challenge. Didn't take any pics because there was really nothing to take pics of. So far they have drilled the oil pan and ran the lines to feed the SC, but when they did a piece metal sheething fell and they needed to remove the entire pan to retrieve it and clean out the debris. Also the raditor and water pump were out (Damn the radiator is huge!) to get to the crank. They needed to pull the motor of the engine mount to key the crank what a PITA that is. Thats what was going on today.

On a good note found out the exhaust manifolds are in from Jet Hot, but apparently they shipped the wrong heat shields to me. As soon as I get home I'll try posting up some pics. I should be going back to DLM Thrusday or Friday to drop off the manifolds and hopefully they made some decent progress were I can take some pics.

What kind of numbers is Doug expecting? He's def one of the best at supercharging Viper motors!!

I'm expecting to be in the 620ish range. That's without the custom heat exchanger which is going to be Stage 2 of the install 650ish range. I'm also going to do Water/Meth and Custom Air Inlet Stage 3 all said and done I should be in the 680ish range.

The bank account is getting hit pretty hard and needs time to recoupe.

I want to go with forged piston, get some work done on the heads, and have a customs cam ground for the SC. But much later in the future.

Do the cam now that you have most of it pulled out!
