Update on my CHSRT8

hey guys,

Well I guess it has been several months since I last posted here, and I have lots to show........

The sled is in for a custom ghost flames paint job, and I finally got my 6.3L forged motor running at it's best.... We dyno'd a 540rwhp with 524rwt on 8.5lbs.... On the street I am seeing 10.5lbs (at 5500 eleveation) and at sea level I run 12lbs........ woo hoo. No track times yet, but I do have a head to head with a 10 second GTO in Phoenix on March 4th..... More of a fun run than anything........ I will not beat him, but hope to be only a couple cars behind.... We shall see....

Nothing happened to her, just going for the look now since I have the power. lol

No, I am not shaving the door handles.... IMO it would have been too much metal without much bodyline breakup........

I am shaving the front emblem, window sprayers, and the key lock on the trunk.........

He ain't telling you guys the truth...which is why I'm here.....

His wife's RC SRT-10 whooped him so he had to mod to keep up! LOL!!



On a serious note: I saw the paint in person and this beast is gonna be wicked! All you AZ guys should try to get to Speedworld in the beginning of March to check it out....

Actually we may not do SpeedWorld. we may need to go over to Firebird..... The new owners of SpeedWorld frown on cars going faster than an 11.4 without a rollcage...... ARGH...............

But yea, we will do a meet and greet plus the race..... I was called out by a 2005 GTO that has seen 10.91's a couple of times. He is shooting for a 10.5 for our race. lol I just want to keep behind him by 2 or 3 cars lengths. haha
