update sticker

My 04 has an update sticker stuck on the original sticker on the ECM. The old part number was P05029450AB and the new authorized update number is P05029467AE. I'm the first owner by the truck had 600 miles on it when purchased. Anyone got a clue?

Mine had that also, I think it has to do with being an early model. I have since had my ECM flashed which ended that whole thing.

Mine also came with more than one code # stamped on the outside. Dan at dcperformance said that most of the re-flashes are caused by the changing epa outlook. They are legal factory flashes, and the Truck needs them to run right.

There was a Service Bulletin or some such thing. I have it printed off at the house. Factory re-flash for some of them.
